This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User," "You") and Signature by Tunde O LLC ("Company," "We," "Us"), governing your access to and use of the Signature Estimating Software / Signature by Tunde O Platform (the "Software").
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software via a web browser solely for your internal business operations.
You agree NOT to:
The Software is licensed, not sold. Signature by Tunde O retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary technology.
We may, from time to time, provide updates or upgrades to the Software, which may include bug fixes, patches, or new features. Updates are subject to this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective upon your first access to the Software and will remain in effect until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach any terms herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature by Tunde O will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved as outlined in the Dispute Resolution / Arbitration section of our Terms and Conditions.
BY USING THE SIGNATURE ESTIMATING SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
